TM replacement props

Gents,

I have a 112v Ulterra and was looking to pick up a back up prop which only led to more questions.

There is like 8 seedless prop, a couple power prop, all with few reviews.

what do you guys run?

Minn Kota weedless wedge 2 !

I am only running a 45 lb thrust Motorguide with a three blade prop. I know a fellow that repairs trolling motors for a living. I asked him about the two vs three blade props. He said you are always better off with a three blade as it is much more weedless.

The MK prop is indestructible. Pick up a package of shear pins. Once a shear pin gets bent, it will cause the unit to be noisy and vibrate.

I agree they can get chewed up but I bet none are missing ears.

You'd be right.  I swap 'em out at some point, just cuz I don't don't like how they look.

Just get the weedless wedge 2 and a couple shear pins. You probably wont need the prop but the pins are key.
