Originally from central Kansas. Fished as a youngster with my dad a lot and lost interest for a long time. Now living in the Manhattan area. Turned 30 and started fishing occasionally in the summer with some friends. Now 32 and have started getting pretty serious about it. Get out as often as time and weather allows. Strictly a spinning gear guy for now. Haven't taken the leap to baitcasters yet but I imagine that will happen before too long. Loving the site for the forums and information. Really enjoy learning as much as I can and this site looks to be just the right place for that. Glad to be here.

    Nice! I would love to get your input on the areas. Will probably just start a new thread in central for those who know the area like yourself.
