Finding companies that believe in customer service are becoming increasingly difficult to find. One company that is doing it right is Siebert Outdoors. 

 

I reached out to Mike thanks to all of the recommendations of this forum. I asked if he could match the colors of four jigs from other companies. He replied within a couple of hours with answers to my questions. Based off of those two things, I placed an order for hand-tied jigs that afternoon.

 

I sent a request for an eta for the product after 10 pm yesterday, not expecting an answer until later today. I checked my email first thing this morning and Mike answered me at 11:50 pm. That's right, 11:50 pm.

 

That type of service, combined with a great, affordable product equals a lifetime customer. 

 

 

Couldn’t agree more.  Since I heard of him on this forum late last year I have ordered from him twice and had vey positive experiences on both occasions.  Anytime I need to restock, he is now my go-to.

You’ll be spoiled on his wire tied skirts, I know I am, everything else just seems cheap with their little rubber bonnet to fit over all their lures...

Mike has awesome service. His products show his commitment to his offering of affordable quality baits. Down right fast in shipping too. I need to get more I gave mikes jigs to my son.

I actually prefer rubber keepers alot easier to carry extra skirts then extra jigs

Mike has great jigs and even better customer service.  

I just placed my second order yesterday. His replies to my inquiry was prompt and very helpful.

I only buy my jigs through Mike and Siebert Outdoors.

His Arky jig with the stronger weed guards is the only jig that works on my lake.

It's the only jig that doesn't get hung up in the sunken trees.

Every time I've ordered through Mike, he's been exceptional.

A FEW YEARS AGO ON A BR ROADTRIP.....HE TIED SOME JIGS FOR ME IN THE BACK SEAT OF HIS TRUCK AT NIGHT AS HIS WIFE USED HER CELL PHONE AS A FLASHLIGHT!!!!

The only jigs I carry. Mike is a great guy that sells a great product and always stands behind what he sells.

 

As long as Mike is making jigs I will be buy those jigs.

What Color is this siebert jig?  It's the first pic on the dock rockers but I don't see it where the colors are listed.

Hey Jbrew73. That is a Dredge dock rocker in blue craw.

Thank you. Ill be home tomorrow and then start back building tomorrow evening and Monday.  We have caught a bunch of smallies and walleye.
