Keitech knock off I'm thinking of?

Featured Replies

I use and love the 4.8 Keitech swing impact fat baits but they are a bit pricey. Last week I found (and for the life of me I cannot find it again!) a post on this or another forum talking about a cheaper version that is practically identical. I remember they can be purchased at Cabela's. Does anyone know possibly the bait I am thinking of?

Eco Pro Swing Shad.  Your welcome.

That is 100% it! Do you (or anyone) have any experience or opinions with these?

Not that they are knockoffs but similar the Rage Tail Rage Swimmers

Another aspect to the Keitech that I really believe in is their "strong squid sense".  Those baits REALLY stink!

But action wise I do think the swing shads are very similar, if not identical, to the Keitechs.

I like to rig a 4.8" weightless on a 4/0 hook.  Long casts and crank it in EXTRA slow

They are very different. I bought 2 packs, all the tails were bent. And they dont kick at very slow speeds like keitechs

Nice. I'll add a couple of these to the next TW order.

You may also want to try the ExoSwim by Biospawn. I've heard really good things about them...basically a cheaper and tougher/more durable version of a Fat Impact.
