Pradco for the question.

Strike king

Keitech.  The 4.8 Swing Impact Fat is used more than any other bait for me already.  They're other offerings seem to be on par with other soft plastic manufacturers as well.  But nothing beats a Swing Impact Fat.

As much as they irritate me, I'd have to go BPS.  You'd have everything you need.  Wouldn't be the best of anything but it would be ok.

You took this right from under me haha.  I was going to say the same thing.  BPS would be my choice for one brand simply because they make such a wide variety of descent baits and lures.

I was going to say Berkley since they just released a line of topwater baits. After reading some of the opinions it would be Bass pro shops. You could go into any of their stores without owning any fishing gear and buy the bps brand gear, head to the lake and catch some fish.

"A Jack of all trades is a master of none" comes to mind.  Since most of the big bait companies share wholesalers for some product offerings, I can't say there is one Brand I could honestly say could provide best in class products in every category.  What I could do is to narrow it down to companies who provide the best in certain bait offerings.  Plastics/Hard Baits/Terminal tackle, etc.  It would make my head hurt trying to find one company who offers everything.

Another vote for Strike King. Diversity of a wide range of tackle options from crappie baits to musky baits.

Strike King for me!
