I just finished my attempt to create a dying gizzard shad. Any opinions or tips for me? Just curious what would be the most you guys would be willing to spend on a bait like this one?

Looks like a $60 bait to me, very nice! Did you paint an existing model of swimbait?

@FCPhil Thank you for the support, yes I did would you like the link?

No, just curious what the original price would have been, I would think you could up it by 20%-30%

***assuming it’s a pretty expensive bait. If not I’m sure the paint job is worth a good amount.

You can buy that blank painted up for about $8. With a custom paint job, you'd probably be able to find someone that would pay 10-20. Like they say, it's worth what someone will give you for it.

Cool bait, I would guess at about 12-15 dollars depending on if it is going to be supplied with hardware.

I catch those all winter long in my cast net. The red nose and belly gets even worse after you put them in a bucket or livewell. Great job

Thanks for the support, they school up here in the thousands!
