Also interested in the steez sv tw, I've got 2 steez A's and only real complaint is the cast control knob is a little hard to get to and I wish it had a clicking system when making adjustments.

The steez has daiwa's new zero adjustment cast control.  Supposed to be set from the factory to accommodate nearly every casting situation.  I mess with mine a hair, but I wont confirm I'm actually affecting it.  On to the topic; I'll start by saying that what you are going to use the reel for is key here.  I view the aldabaran and steez as light duty reels, with the matanium DC specializing in bombing midrange weighted baits

These are all $400+ reels. What exactly do you want to know about them? What are you looking for in a reel?

I have a steez Sv tw. Love it, it’s super smooth and beautiful and you can tell that it’s expensive by the way it looks lol. What umc said the cast control knob is hard to get to but I don’t really ever have to mess with it.

But to be honest with you, if I had it to do over again I’d probably just buy another zillion Sv.

I see the Met DC as the perfect utility player in all instances except for flip and pitch.

What are you planning to do with the reel?

I've owned all three.  Of the 3, the Steez TW SV 1012 was my favorite all round reel for bass fishing.  The SV breaking is a nice feature.  It has all the check marks for features.  The Alebaran MGL is lightweight but will have more specific function given its spool size.  Its focus is being lightweight, and while stout, it won't "feel" as solid as other reels.  The Metanium DC is built on the internals of the Met 13.  It doesn't have the internal refinement of the Met MGL.  Personally, I would take the Curado DC over the Met DC it you want DC.

If you're getting into that price range, check out the JDM Met MGL and Bantam MGL too.
