Yum Warning Shot

Featured Replies

Has anybody tried these yet? They look like they'd be a great drop shot or ned rig bait.

Made for drop shotting. I think you should drop shot whatever small plastics you already have. Drop shot your 4" senkos . I don't know you or anything about you but I bet you have some.

Yum is cheap tho. Go for it. The technique is more important than what you're using .

Yep! Even has a sticker on the package says what hooks and techniques to use with this bait, Number one is dropshot.

IMO this bait is a bit heavier than I like for dropshotting. In waters with little current it will not float and just lay parallel with your line. I find Roboworms and Dreamshots much better for dropshot fishing.

One of my favorite dropshot baits, has helped me get confidence in the rig. I like the Oxblood red flake color a lot.

Totally excellent drop shot bait. I also catch tons of fish on them with 2/0 belly weighted ewg hook. I’ve also neko rigged them with a wacky O ring. The ribs hold the ring on n and it will last for many fish. The Yum Kill Shot is also excellent.

Mods remove this thread NOW!!!!!!!! LMAO

Just bought a couple of packs of the warning shot and the kill shot. Warning shot looks better than the kill shot. Both look awesome. Can't wait to use them.

KVD dream shot is killer

Missile Baits bomb shot. Drop shot heaven.

I have never needed to stray from the Yamamoto 5” Pro Senko or the Shad Shape Worm for dropshotting.  There’s a lot of good baits out there but these 2 have always put fish in the boat.

Agree with you on the shad shape worms. I used to catch a ton of smallies on St Clair. Unfortunately I moved away from St Clair last year so I have my shad shape worms up for sale on Ebay currently.
