Does anyone have experience with Abu Garcia's customer service when dealing with broken rods?

Three times. All satisfactory.    Send pics on first correspondence.   Pics of break, pic of serial number,  pic of receipt.  Last time, I had new rod shipped sanme day I placed claim....even though I said up front that it was almost certainly my fault.

That sounds pretty fantastic!

Great customer service when I had a rod broken during shipment. Emailed pics, damage, model as Choporoz stated. Kept me on phone while she setup shipment for replacement

I broke a rod with my tailgate. Abu was great. I sent them pictures of the break and model. They sold me a replacement for not much more than shipping.
