I am getting electrolysis on my trolling motor and some on big engine....what can I do

 

Install a sacrificial anode

"Electrolysis is a thing with boats so give it something cheap to eat away" is the idea so sacrificial metal is the ticket.

Where do i get it and how do I install it and where do I put it

There should be one on your engine.

Maybe what we should ask is where do you see the electrolysis? Jig man is right, it may be in the normal places.

Fresh or salt water?

Aluminum or glass boat?

Stored tied to a dock?

Electrolysis meaning electrical current causing corrosion in the form of white aluminum oxides?

Zinc is more sacrificial then aluminum, you should have zinc plate anode bolted onto the outboard lower unit underwater. Trolling motor shouldn't have any electrical current going into the water unless you have a short. Your TM should have a zinc washer and screw on the skeg.
