Little help identifying lures

Today on the hit parade. This little gem is 3-1/2" 3/8oz and unmarked with any identifiers. One thing of note - the lip on this baby is WIDE - a full inch at max. And yes, it has rattles.

Definitely a Bomber Deep Long A. I found one on the bank this year too. I guess it’s the deep diver model but hopefully someone will chime in with the exact model # and color.

Edit: If it’s indeed 3/8 oz and 3.5” then it’s the B24A. Color is Chartreuse Flash Orange Belly

Rapala Shad Rap RS in Bleeding firetiger. The plastic version of the balsa Shad Rap.

Strike King Series 1 in Sexy Shad color. Kind of looks like one of the special runs they do for tackle stores like DSG though because the color isn't exact. All Pro-Model crankbaits feature

Thanks. I just edited my post because I found the info as well. Are you sure it’s not the Chartreuse Flash Orange Belly?

I like it - except the pics I find Online for that one shows the Bomber Logo near the tail.

This has no logo - anywhere. Could it be an earlier one before they started stamping the logo on?

You’ll be in best position to tell because in pictures, the insert tends to take on whatever color it reflects, often the orange giving it a gold look. Some real old ones might have been gold flash, too. I’d have to look at mine. I have several.

Pic is a little off - live it looks more like 'Gold Chrome/Black Back/Orange Belly' - as it does have a black stripe on top and definite orange color on bottom.

Go with it. Older models were gold inserts...

It would be fun to know just how many colors over the years that the various models of Long A has been available in. I’d guess as many as one hundred color patterns, but it could be double as far as I know.

Who knows - I'm just glad you guys are helping me pin these down as I'm a bit OCD about knowing exactly what I have.

Next - another unmarked - 3-1/4" 3/8oz - with rattles.603671959_Untitled-1copy.jpg.0635368625e2e02b838f4572c53eee2c.jpg

Is the eye painted on? I can’t tell for glare

No - it's a glued in inset. Just has a thick clear-coat over it.

There is lots of pointer nock offs in the world. Guess this would be the 78 size. Lot of hobby lure painters probably paint untold thousands of blanks. I give up lol

Well, if we can't - we can't. I'm just hoping to get most of these identified. Though we are making great progress...current 'snapshot'. Thanks again for all the help.

Your top center lure is Bill Lewis Rattletrap in discontinued (rt22) Firetiger Classic

Bless you

Also took a closer look to the one under the Sk Pro

Very faint printing on the under-side 'Flash Minnow' - now to look that up.

This is enjoyable to follow, you guys are good. 90% of my lures I have no clue what brand, model, etc it is, hell I write the running depths on my cranks so I don’t forget. ?

I print out mini-labels on a Brother P-Touch for everything. Weight for everything , Cranks and Jerks I put the running depth on them as well as if they're Suspending or Sinking. Label is applied to the side of the compartment in the box - that way I have instant knowledge of the important things.

Umm - this is a little off from the BL Rat-L-Trap

This one is only 2-1/2" and 3/8 oz - original is 3" and 1/2 oz

Just now, Smells like fish said:

Looks like plenty of hook on that lil 85 lol

Original is #7 - my sizing chart (printed from Jann's) shows them as #6 - so a little big.

The BL mini trap is 2.5” 1/4oz, perhaps this is it

Chk that scale with a 3/8oz sinker, seems like our lengths and weights aren’t matching

I can live with that - long as things are close...though it'd be nice to be exact.

We're gonna skip the 'knockoff' (left, second down) and the really paint damaged one (left, third down)...it's missing about 1/2 the paint.

So LAST ONE - no markings at all on it

2-3/4" 3/16oz - has rattles

That looks like either a Floating or Countdown Rapala in their classic Clown color. Easiest way to tell is if it floats or sinks.

The Floating and Countdown don't have rattles - this does.

Ahhh I didn't read the part about rattles.

Do you think the one missing paint is a bigger size of the flash minnow? All 3 being Lucky Craft with the 2 on the left being repaints perhaps
