If this has you all messed up, just wait until I introduce my newest "floating tungsten" line of sinkers and jigs to the bass fishing world. Taking prostaff applications now :lol-045:

Did you ever sell your ocean front property in Arizona? The market is pretty hot right now if you haven’t.

I like to use the lightest weight I can get away with. A lot of times, that's a 1/4oz. If you get in a situation with deep water in a lot of wind, you might need 1/2oz or more. 3/8oz is not that large

Just peg it if it needs to be pegged. Bass aren't smart enough to be aware of the fact that the worm they just picked up is a little heavier than it's supposed to be.   I worry more about an

Not yet, but I need to while demand is still high. It's just that I've been so busy figuring out how to make my floating tungsten jigs and sinkers in that "Firecraw" color while that market is still so great headed into spring. I don't want to miss that window of opportunity to capitalize and make my millions :wink7:

I fish a lot of deep lakes and have some bullet weights from 3/8 to 1/4oz. Is 3/8 too much weight to be pegged at the nose of a worm or brush hog ? It gets it down to the bottom and in deep lakes that helps but is it too much weight for a fish to hold on to it?

Should I use those weights in C-Rig applications instead of pegging at the nose?

Wow so many responses stating different “sciences “. the answer is just fish what ever size you want to. The 3/8oz jig is probably the most used size jig, and they catch thousands of fish a year. I don’t think 3/8 of a t rig and a jig are going to be any different.

PS-I use a 3/8 bullet weight all the time. It works!
