MIne came nicely oiled.  I'm amazed at all the "stainless" tools I have that rusted when not oiled.  All my tools get wiped down with a rag soaked in 3 in 1 oil.

Good stainless steel is a minimum of 17% Chromium, and is non-magnetic. The cheaper grades use less chromium, sometimes much less. I use a magnet to grade the stainless bolts I use. The cheaper steels will react to magnetic influence, the best grades will not.

I received mine today.  They work extremely well.  I’m a believer in the Xuron.
