Is there a place where I can send a big bag (gallon Zip Loc) of used line for recycling? My local stores dont have a drop box.

I believe the will take the spools and recycle them too.

We have recycling dropoffs at many lakes here. Unfortunately, people choose to shove all kinds of trash in them too but it's nice that they're trying.

Yeah, we have a few dropoff points (not enough). I "collect" other people's fishing line when I'm kayaking so I end up with piles of it every couple months. Have to make a special trip to drop it off.

Local bait shops have big bins. They send it off when full. Guy working told me to Berkeley cause if you are sending enough they pay the shipping.  No clue if that’s true or not, but it’s nice to have the bin.
