You ever pair a jig up with the perfect-looking trailer and get that warm, fuzzy feeling inside? I mean, it just looks sooo good. Now, who knows if the bass are gonna like it, but to you it sure is purdy. 

 

That happened to me today. I opened up a Siebert's Shot Caller Swim Jig in Macoupin Craw color. I needed a trailer to match it with. The jig has some red, black and brownish/green pumpkin colors to it. So I decided to try out the Rage Menace in Falcon Lake Craw color. I bit off a few segments of the Menace to make it a little shorter. This combo looks like a match made in heaven. Should be a hot color (at least for us humans!) this spring. 

 

 

The top of the Rage Menace is a reddish color.

 

 

The underside is green pumpkin.

Those rage tail manaces make awesome trailers. I started using them last season with regularity. I bet delta red would work too.

That does look really nice. I like it alot and have the menace in Falcon Lake and it's a great color!!

I've really taken to it. I don't fish jigs much and catch with them even less, but making a good pairing is just so satisfying! We ought to make a thread of jig and trailer color combos!

Santone Lures Chris McCall Swim Jig with a matching Rage Menace trailer always gets me amped to use it the next day.  Black/blue 5/16 with a black/blue flake menace has killed so far this pre-spawn!

 

But that's not just it!  Pair that with a black mhf rod, some 30 lb powerpro, and a Shimano SLX... combos like that just look and feel right!

Looks good. I'd eat that if you're using sriracha sauce for scent.
