I don’t like thinking about it!!! I don’t reckon it’s ever been more than 2 weeks. I’m getting nauseous and sweaty, someone delete this thread

During the winter I might go 2 weeks, that's about the max my mental health can tolerate.

I can't nail it down to the day, but I'd reckon my longest gap is right around 20 years.

I’m gonna thump you with a flippin stick if you ever try to pull a stunt like that again

I usually go a few bank fishing trips in the week, and I take my boat out every weekend. I think the longest I have gone would be a few weeks in winter

From about late october to early march every year. Sometimes longer.

longest used to be a few months, but now that I have my own boat and can go fishing after school, I think it is about a 2-3 days.

My biggest break during the year is about 5 months, aka Winter! :)

once that’s over, I’m out every chance that I get, typically 2 to 4 days per week.

For me, it was late November last year until early April this year.

Now that I'm retired I rarely go longer than 3 days between trips when I am at main residence. When I'm at our house on Toledo Bend I usually stay for 7-10 days and I fish every day.

Last time I had a surgery I went about 5 weeks. That was about 6 years ago. I may have gone longer in winter if the weather was consistently bad. But I try hard not to go very long. It's important to my mental health.
