I need to do this as well. I drink way to much pop, Gatorade and energy drink crap. I cut it out for a few weeks lost 10lbs then picked it up again like a dummy. I should ditch pop and beer stick to whiskey straight or gin\tonic and vodka\soda...probably drop 50lbs in a year.

Yup not hard.. I changed my eating habits as well. I drank way to much red bull too.

I used to drink rum and coke a lot before you could get decent beers at bars. The only cocktail I really drink these days is mojitos, but that's been a while.

 

I think this Friday, I may go make a pitcher and sit outside.

Basically what I did.  For the most part I only drink water and coffee.  I drink a few decent beers here and there but I try to have ultras on hand for if I want a beer and don't want to feel guilty.  Other than that I'll just drink bourbon.  If I'm hanging out with family or something I'll mix it up but staying the course the rest of the time makes me not feel bad about it.  Of course I could just not drink at all and then not have to worry about it lol
