Grass or Weed?

Featured Replies

So my county stopped letting TrueGreen use the standard weed killer and they have to use natural stuff that isn't as effective. Now I'm getting patches of two types of grass that isn't tall fescue and they stick out like a sore thumb. Anyone know what kinds of grass/weed this is?

I will take the Acapulco Gold.

Actually, I don't smoke, but my back and foot pain have me looking into it.

Bottom one looks like indian crabgrass.

Wet it and apply baking soda liberally.

The top one is harder to tell, maybe carpetgrass or bermuda. Any product with glyphosate will kill it…
