Watched a couple of Greg Blanchard tournament videos so @Darth-Baiter did well under current conditions. The algae bloom was so bad Blanchard described it as “thick as paint” cause it’s like pea soup. Super User Darth-Baiter Posted September 8, 2021 Author Super User Share Posted September 8, 2021 My thinking. The algae is like a big green raft. Wind and currents stack it into the corners. I went mid-lake ish and found relatively clear waters. There were globs of green balls floating around, but it wasn’t thick. I still wouldn’t dive in after a <$5 bait, but it wasn’t awful.
