Lower Niagara advice

Featured Replies

Heading to Lower Niagara next week. First time there. We are targeting steelhead and salmon. Was hoping to catch white bass and waleyes as well. Would love to cross these off my bucket list.  Any advice for them from shore?

Saw a couple videos on Youtube of people catching nice fish close to Niagara Falls so you can try that area.

Most of the salmon run is over. Try Artpark in Lewiston & Fort Niagara using jerk baits for smallies, brown trout, steelhead, lake trout & walleye. Also try some crankbaits & soft plastic swimbaits.

I’m bringing a variety, Jerkbaits, spoons, jig/swimbait, in-line spinners, beads, hair jigs
