Last night I fish in 49 degree, Use liver for catfish and striper. And I got 6lb Bullhead.

Hard to tell, but don't believe that's a bullhead. Looks like the tail is forked, which would rule out a bullhead.

I am no expert by any means, I just taught it is due to the head, It is really BIG.

Looks like a bullhead and a good'n.

I'm assuming you caught it in southern California.  My guess: probably a white catfish.  "Inland Fishes of California" states "The head becomes disproportionately large in individuals measuring more than 40 cm TL."

That's a possibility. White catfish are actually a kind of bullhead, but they have a forked tail. That's a really big one if it's a white catfish though.

Guys when I have it in cooler, The head was wide as my big cooler, Later I am going to take measurements.

Looks like a white to me from the coloration. But again a white is a type of bullhead. Probably a male with a big head.
