Ill make it quick and sweet guys, I've wanted one for a while, going to pick one up. Fishing in mostly clear to stained water.

1. Are they worth it

2. Standard or jr version

Funny this pops up, was fishing mine today and the fin came off, didn't drop it or anything, the glue must have just came undone, swims terribly now 

I had one and lost it but it did catch fish. It sort of worked best when it just sat still. It was a weird bait for me but a bargain when you compare the quality of it to other swimbaits. 

Jr.  but I’ve honestly only caught two fish with it.  Both were so fun and exciting. 
 

it’s an awesome side twitching bait.  Both bass hit when the lure was slooooow twitched.  Put a dab of superglue on the tiny pectoral fins. They pop off fairly easy. 

1. Yes. Well made lures. 

 

2. Both are really good. The Jr is a great beginner swimbait. 

 

3. I agree with Phish, RT Ghost Gill and RT Bluegill. Generally I think most people think of Ghost Gill as "the one to have" as far as ganteral colors go.

Nope.  I tried.  They sent me a replacement lure. 

It’s ok I like the the ghost gill but if you can find a black dog G2 shellcracker in ghost gill git that instead.

Better to have both. They're not really interchangeable. Before last year if forced to choose only one it would've been the G2, but the Jr got bit.

i throw the jr. version on a standard 7’3 heavy action rod and it gets smoked! awesome bait especially if you’re trying to get into bigger swimbaits and glide baits
