Does anyone know why the brake dial on my Curado dc won’t turn. it’s suppose to turn because it has multiple settings to adjust it. And it just won’t budge.

Mine are a couple years old now, but I remember that wheel being awfully stubborn when it was new.  My uninformed suggestion is to be absolutely positive you've put a lot of force into it.

Did you get your 2nd covid booster recently?...

when I first open box, also feel stiffness in everything, After few researches I open and lube it up and it became really smooth and good reel. My suggestion just return it and get another one to make sure if it is an option, If you cant do that, Please lube it and put it back together.
