Any suggestions of which of these spinning rods might be the best to use for finesse bass fishing? I like a rod that’s light and sensitive, has some backbone, but isn’t going to break easily. I’m looking for a 7ft medium or medium light fast spinning rod. Or maybe other brands you’d recommend over these three for a rod around $100-125. Thanks!

As far as I can see it will be a personal preference. 
 

I’ve owned the first 2, and have used the third. The Carbonlights seem a tad faster than the Duckett, and way faster than the Dobyn’s, if that’s a consideration.

 

I don’t know Bass Pro’s exchange policy, but I know Dobyn’s has a good replacement program, and I have personally used the Duckett replacement program. No problems at all.

 

Sensitivity is so subjective it’s hard to make a recommendation. Grips are different on all 3 as well. Cork, Eva, and synthetic like Winn on the BP. The Duckett should have a small hunk of Eva in front of the reel seat nut, which is nice.

 

All three would work!

For quality in your price range Maor Craft offers excellent light weight Nanoace spinning rods.

Dobyns offers high quality customer service and good performing rods. I would contact Dobyns  by phone (yes someone to talk to) and inquire if they have any specials on Sierra series 703 rods.

Although I have zero experience with any of the 3 you’ve mentioned, I have a bps carbonlite 2.0 casting rod I’ve been using for the last several years and I’m very impressed. I also looked at and handled both the dobyns fury and duckett rods. The fury was nice and as pointed out their customer service has been praised multiple times on this site. The duckett as I recall had breakage issues and honestly for the price I feel you can find something better. I received a 13 fishing fate black this Christmas, it’s a 7’-1” light powered rod and although I’ve yet to hook up on it I’ve taken it out 4 times and really enjoy using it. It available in med power for $80.00 pretty much anywhere. I was looking at the 13 fishing defy black originally, $20.00 cheaper but I was turned off by the handle length 13-3/4” vs 16” as I’m looking for length in the blank not the handle. @WRB highly recommends the major craft lineup and with his experience it’s probably not a bad idea to follow his advice. I’ll add if you’re not opposed to going a little bit more on your budget $140.00 I was handling a couple different sizes of the new St. Croix eyecon series rods and man do they feel nice.

Of the three you mentioned, Carbonlite would be my pick.

Have to agree with Eric that the St Croix Eyecons feel nice and I saw they have a 7' ML Jigging version.

I love my Dobyns casting rods but not a fan of their spinning rods. I don't like any spinning rod with the reel seat threads in front of the reel stem, because I hold my spinning rods with 3 fingers in front of the reel and I hate holding the threads. 

Two rods we recently got are a Daiwa RG for my wife that has a cork fore grip, and I bought a new design Feather spinning rod that has a unique all-polymer overlapping reel seat that has no exposed threads. The model is a Feather FTX series. It's different, but I kind of like it!
