Flows were down, and slow, so picking our way though spots deep enough to float was part of the day.

A few smallies, eagles, one osprey, a bunch of whitetail deer and one big pike with a predilection for bass sized poppers made the day fun.

beautiful and I love the scum line on the boat...shows it is used.

It comes off pretty easy...hit it with a hose and a sponge.

...the line on there is from Monday.

It’s dry here too, could use some rain. River levels are normal though, as all the rain has been falling to the north and subsequently flowing south.

Great shot!  Going to be up your way fishing the Chippewa Flowage Fr/Sa/Su.  Can't wait!

Have fun up there!

A friend of mine will be up there as well.

I generally stay off the water on weekends unless I'm fishing with someone.

Thanks, meeting a buddy from Mosinee as it is about equal distant from both of us.
