Coming to Florida in March 23

Featured Replies

Hey guys

My wife and I (from Australia) are stopping over in Miami in March fir a few days on our way to Guyana.

We'll have our fishing gear with us just wondering if anyone could suggest any areas in Miami worth having a cast, we're happy to catch anything

Cheers

Dave

March, April and May are the low water times in the Everglades.   If you book a guide, you can often catch 100 bass a day.   You can also walk some of the canal banks on Tamiami Trail and Alligator Alley.  Watch your step and stay on the bare banks.

Hire a guide and go Sailfishing.....South Florida is mecca for Sailfish and early Spring is the best time to catch them.   You can have double digit days on Sails in the Spring.
