Anyone have experience with the Kistler KLX/Helium and the Levante Shakyhead

 

Looking to add a 7 foot medium/fast action spinning set up. 

Megabass!

I can't speak for the Kistler rod but I have a Jerkbait Special Levante and it's been great so far. No complaints.  

 

If you decide to go with Megabass,  look at Kittery Trading Post.  Get an account and sign up for emails. They will send you a coupon that usually works on whatever.

Both are nice. I'm going to start buying all rods from US companies or rod builders. Kistler rods are nice and their customer service was really good when I dealt with them in the past. 

i just looked at Kitsler.  very nice!!  never knew they existed.

 

2 months ago, i didnt know jacksquat about Megabass.  well, i now have a Levante Perfect Pitch.  it is stunning.  the reel seat and knob are d**n good looking.  next level good looks.  it my only rod i feel compelled to wipe down occasionally, ( i dont, but i want to).
