Hopefully tpwd uses it wisely, it’s a little swampy out this way

State treasuries often have the mind of the governor.  They just fixed that in TX a few years ago, allocated funds now have to be used where they were allocated.  In the days of Governor Hairdo, before his humorously unsuccessful presidential bid, road taxes went to education, fishing licenses went to roads, etc.
