Hi all, this may not be the correct forum.   I have a Scott Martin Crankbait TCS rod and the 5th eye from the tip broke.  I found a local guy who said he might be able to help install the eye.  Does anyone know what size eye is on them or what kind? They are very small.  Micro eye?

 

I reached out to Okuma customer service but they haven't gotten back to me.  Below is a picture of the eye next to a dime.  Any help is appreciated!

 

 Looks like a single foot guide from here. Watch the vid. Order a similar guide from the same place, or find the correct Batson/Alps SS guide. Have your homie install it if you trust that he has a clue after you've watched guide installation vids on the same YT channel. If he doesn't, find someone who does.

 

Rod guide not eye! Ask Okuma using rod model number what size and make micro guide was used to build this specific rod.

Take your calipers and measure the outside of the ceramic ring to get the size in mm.

If you can actually get ahold of someone at Okuma a lot of times they will send you the proper guide for free. Short of that take the rod to your rod guy and he should be able to find something to match pretty closely, if he can't, find someone else. Like Tom mentioned it's guide, not eye.

Thanks Keith, I have a case open with them but no-one has yet to respond.
