I watches 5 or six seagulls fighting over a meal. Originally, I thought they were feeding on bait. They were actually, fighting amongst themselves, over a sucker or a carp. A bald eagle comes out of nowhere, swoops down and grabs the sucker from the water, away from the gulls. Talk about a ticking contest. The eagle is flying back and forth over land and water for what has to be a good 5 minutes with the gulls chasing his tailfeather. The eagle drops the sucker into a backyard where a kid was playing. Kid screams "Mommy it's raining fish!"

Oh Ya, but an Osprey doesn't live with the Bait Monkey and post tackle porn all winter while the lake is frozen.

Sandhill Cranes remind me of velociraptors.  Even the noise they make sounds like one...
