What an ARB/SARB ball bearing has to do with an AR-clutch bearing?

Start the Skankin! LOL!

Oh I see what you’re thinking.

He was meaning Anti reverse bearing

not anti rust or shielded anti reverse

To me Shimano is still at the top with Daiwa and I'm a Daiwa fanboy for the most part.

Shimano is doing some seriously impressive things in the lure department.   I mean every single Flashboost bait I buy is a gamechanger.   I saw some new BFS sized cranks at the store the other day.   Gonna try their cranks in the Fall.

Got a Curado 150MGL a cpl months back, was really happy with the value I got.   That reel delivers a ton of features and performance for the price point especially if you're patient and wait for a sale.

Yes I was referencing the AR and redundant pawl. I looked back and that’s clear unless someone wants to gaslight me. Good luck with that. Lol. You can always contact me directly to talk shop as well.

Calling out a SME that makes his living in the same field is usually not a great idea....

Gaslight, like downplay loss of quality as weight reduction strategy?

The Bantam MGL seeing Shimano's apologists talking about weight reduction, from the top of it's 225g.

The old hammer-based secondary AR clutch isn't that important up to MH fishing reels. Last time I saw it was on some super spinning reels like the Okuma Makaira. A stronger cage, made of high-quality plastics/nylon, is way more critical.

I don't have Shimano Lures, but the black steel bearings and the FTB braking system, deserve praise.

Even one who can't see advantages in the T-wing system?

Especially one who doesn’t fall for fads and gimmicks.

Seems like the continuous fad was created now...
