Did the first ever clean and lubrication of this reel the Lews speed spool series SS1HLA Baitcaster. This reel has never been cleaned in the 5-6 years I’ve owned it. I’m almost certain the Rulon drag washer is shot. Any idea where I can purchase a new one?

Upgrade to Carbontex and don’t look back. Pretty sure I have a kit in stock. 

Lew's will send you free replacements

Upgrade to carbon and pick up some cals drag grease while youre at it. I would honestly also take some fine sandpaper to the washers to clean those up a bit.
