yesterday did some fishing at home with kids and I catch some catfish for fist time, Is it normal to have two part brain? and what kind of catfish it is? he was 8lb plus by the way.

Thats not normal, everyones worried about AI taking over the world. They were wrong its the 2 brain catfish.

 

 

 

(Probably some type of mutation or maybe a tumor, we get fish in the river every so often that make the news, most times the fish have softball sized lumps on the tops of their heads)

That looks like a spawning male blue cat. Also could be a spawning male channel, but it looks like a blue. They get real ugly.

That's a spawning channel cat. Their heads and lips swell up when they're spawning. The curved anal fin is the easiest tell. Blues have a very straight anal fin.
