I am trying to locate some Strike King Tube Rattles.  Any resources?  Ron Maxwell

Hello Ron and Welcome to Bass Resource ~

Decent chance most any rattle (I like Glass)

will do the job as long as it fits INTO the bait.

After inserting a rattle, I'll slide in a custom cut to fit

section of a foam ear plug to hold the rattle in place.

Soaking the foam in your favorite 'scent' might help too.

I use Megastrike.

Good Luck

Do a search for "tube rattle" on Tackle Warehouse or another site and you will find what you need.

I like the 7mm Gene Larew rattles.  They're single, loud rattle and the glass holds up well.  If its strictly for tubes you might want to look for flanged rattles.  Not as many people make them now, but you can still find them.

Thanks guys.  Been all over the web, even called Strike King.  Product not available.  Loud one knocker black cylinder tube specific rattle with mold hook at the top you thread your offset hook through.  Lake Fork and Strike King both made them back in the day.  Perfect for craw tubes and big tubes.  Assumed they still were made and got down to my last 5 and started looking only to find out they don't make them anymore.  Ron

Do you have a photo of them?
