Bass fishing Pascagoula River and marsh

Featured Replies

New to the Pascagoula, MS. area. Was wondering how far south the largemouth bass fishing is in the Pascagoula River marsh?

I don’t know about the fishing, but I’ll never forget the day the squirrel went beserk in the sleepy little town of Pascagoula

Really? That was pretty lame 😂😂

That said OP, my aunt/uncle live(d) on the Pascagoula in Moss Point (dantzler st). Anyway, we used to travel up river to fish. I know it wasn’t far. I also know that some of the parties have “adapted” to live brackish down there, so…

As much as I love to fish LMB, there is much better inshore closer. If you haven’t ever, hook into a bull red or large spec. You may not ever fish anything else again.
