If you’re like me and wear glasses, it can either be expensive to buy prescription polarized glasses or they lack the quality of normal polarized sunglasses.

 

A few years ago I bought a pair of Cocoons fit over polarized sunglasses and I was not disappointed.

 

Fast forward to this year and I recently changed up my eyeglasses and the Cocoons are a bit too small.

 

As it so happens, I received an email today from Cocoons offering two for one with the promo code BOGO25. This promo runs until 5/31. I picked up a pair with amber lenses and another with gray lenses. 

 

I bought the standard polarized but they also have photo polarized lenses.

Well, no question of the importance of polarized glasses.

I haven't fished without them since the early 80's.

Several friends sport the Cocoons and love them.

I went the route of polarized prescription and treat them with the utmost of respect due to pricing, ridiculous.

I've been wearing them for a number of years and have taken advantage of the 2 for 1 sale a couple of times.  I've gotten cataract surgery and still wear them.  My wife says I look like a dork but ask me if I care.

Being large they're good protection also.

Ditto on the heads up. My sweetie wears them and it is time for a new pair (or two).

I just got new lenses, a few months ago.  My originals got really scratched up.  I like the green mirror lens.

Thank. I had ordered both the amber on the gray as those should suit the majority of conditions.

Thank you for the heads up @Kayak Koz! I ordered two pairs last night with gray and amber. My dad is flying up from Florida next month to fish and now I’ll have a pair for him to wear.
