can anybody read the top or does anyone recognize this color scheme?

That looks like a custom painter in what may be blue ghost craw.  Check Etsy and EBay.

For a moment I thought it was a "Clyde's Cranks", but his Ghost Blue has white dividers, not black.

 

Clyde does good work though....I'd check him out. I have a set of his White Crappie pattern - which he doesn't carry anymore unfortunately.

It kinda looks like a repainted flat A to me.

Westin - they were included in mystery tackle boxes for a while and my son got that exact color.  It caught us a few bass.  Haven't used it in years.

That explains why when I found that one plopper on the bank made by Westin I couldn’t find much about them online. I didn’t know they came in mystery tackle boxes.
