Major League Fishing was on Lake Hartwell this weekend, so the wife and I decided to ride down and check out the watch party at Seneca Park. Ended up being a really good time.

Met quite a few of the pros, and I even got to rib Jacob Wheeler a little bit. I got in line for a picture, and when I finally got up to him I said, “I saw you online up in my fishing hole catching my fish. I hope you put ’em back.” He cracked up and said, “I promise I put ’em back. They’re still there. They’re not going anywhere.” He’s a good sport.

Picked up a Major League Fishing shirt, watched the angler interviews, and hung out for a bit. Overall, a pretty solid little event and worth the trip.
