Just few thoughts I wanted to share if anyone is running low.

Tatsu…

The best there is, enough said

Invizx…

One of the highest quality flouro lines made.

Holds a knot like no other

Very high abrasion resistance

with a little more stretch than most.

Smackdown…

One of the most manageable and easiest casting 8 strand braids I’ve ever used.

Has a fairly higher abrasion resistance than some others which for me is best when pitching in heavy cover.

Seaguar 101…

It’s soft and casts great with a little more stretch than most premium flouro lines.

Perfect for moving baits throughout the water column.

I have yet to try the Tatsu but the Inviz X has been a staple line of mine for a long time.

I'm a big fan of Invizx in 10+lb test but I haven't had good results using it as a BFS mainline. Abrasion resistance in the 6lb test was really bad compared to Tatsu or Daiwa Samurai.

I picked up some Tatsu 15# and 6# when TW ran it on sale at Christmas. The 6 was for the BFS rig since I was loving straight mono and hating braid. The 15 is finally going to get used in anger tomorrow now that my Cara head turner is here. What I’ve used of it so far this year says I’m going to like it. And I know how much A-Jay loves it for the same purposes as I’m using it so we’re giving it a go.

Tell me more about Invisx as a crankbait line. I picked up some shooter 12# since I use a lot of sunline and it feels good, but I haven’t fished it yet. I debated invisx but since I knew shooter I went there.
