I am so impressed with these guys.  I had two broken rods that quite honestly I was embarrased to call and see if they would replace after they had already replaced one rod for me.  I finally built up the courage. :)

Without a hesitation, both rods were replaced and no questions asked.  Hats off to the boys and girls at All Star.  They have solidified me as a customer for life. :)

I'm not surprised.  They have always treated me above and beyond fair...  as if I were a brother in law (which I'm not.  ...lol )

Hey Rob: I just bought my first allstar, a used one from Cart 7, I had a chance to use one on my friend Danny's boat and decided to give them a try. I sold off a BPS and a Premier to get it a a couple of reels

That's good to hear.  I have several All Stars and want to buy a Big Boy for flippin'.   I haven't had to use their customer service department yet but it's nice to know they handle matters well in case I do.

Most of my rods are All Stars, I've never had to use the Customer service but it's nice to know they take care of you!  8-)

the big boys are one stiff rod.they are also close to unbreakable.
