I'm a Kistler man at heart.

I voted for St. Croix, but I also like Loomis spinning rods. I like the handle design and construction of the St. Croix rods, but the Loomis SJR's have some aggressive tapers.

I voted for loomis.  I only own two spinning rods 1 loomis (GL2) and 1 croix (triumph).  My opinion is a little biased toward loomis.

GLX spinning rods are the undisputed king of sensitivity- amazing! They are truely treasured items that I own.

but I am a St. Croix fan, too!
