Anybody try a GYCB Hula Grub on a shakey head?

Featured Replies

Oh yeah, a GYCB Hula Grub on a 1/4oz. Dave's rockhopper jighead is deadly on smallmouth and spotted bass.

Been using this all year, with great results. I got some Ike's Spike jigheads on sale, and they mate up perfectly with the 4" GYCB hula grub.

Cheers,

I worked hard all summer on this set up using TruTugsten weed wackers and ball busters and great success.  The weed wackers seemed to work the best.  I used a several different colors but I found that the 5'' black with blue flake worked the best.  It has become one of my favorite setups.
