No personal experience with it, but from comments made by many...the Citica has to be near the top.

I have both a Citica 200E and a Revo S which are both in that price range. Comparing these two its Citica easily.

I just picked up the Revo Orra sx for right at $100, looks and feels like it's gonna be worth the money. 8-)

Quantum accurist PT.  One of my favorite reels - has a 'flippin swich' - which few reels have anymore.

I have a couple PQs that I really like. They are solid, smooth reels. The dual braking is a thing of joy when the wind is blowing.  8-)
