I can't seem to reach them through the phone. I recently sent them a Conquest 50s to service, but according to the tracking number, no one accepted the package. USPS says that a delivery attempt was made and a notice was left.

I'm worried because I don't want this expensive reel to somehow get lost during this confusion.

I had a similar thing happen when I tracked my reels I sent to DVT. For some reason, Mike had to go pick my box up from the post office. I figured he may not have been home to receive the box when the mail carrier arrived or something else occurred. Anyway, long story short, my reels were picked up, serviced expertly, and shipped back to me. I had a slight pang of nervousness too, but in the end, it was all good.
