Looking to Book a Mexico Trip

Featured Replies

I looking for some help fro some of you guys on here that can help me find a good service to fish in Mexico. Myself and a friend want to fish for 3 or 4 days and numbers and a few big fish are the key. We are looking for a full service guide with us bringing our own equipment. e are looking at March or April but not limited to that. Reasonable prices and friendly staff a must. This will be our first trip to mexico so any info would be great.

We are going to Trophy Bass Lodge on Lake Huites May 6th. You are welcome to join us. David Fields is at the lodge right now, but will be back next week. Give him a call and he can fill you in.

I heard that this lake is awesome. Is it really all that? It listed guys having 100 plus fish days.

Right now, everyone is singing the praises on Lake Huites. 5 Years ago it was just the opposite. Shows how these lake make the cycle. Just wait for the report from David. I am sure is will be a good one.

I have been a big fan of Huites since it first opened 12-15 years ago?)and have fished it at least once per year since.  I have another report on the forum about it.  It has had some slower years but is such a pleasant place to fish that it is always my 1st choice.

I have enjoyed the 3 other Mexican lakes I have fished but keep coming back to Huites (pronounced Wheat-tes).  Leaving again on 2/11 ;D

4 of us just returned from Huites.  What a blast!  We didn't break 10 lbs but caught a lot of nice fish.  Stayed at LHL again.

As I know Baccarac Lake is back with big bass, a friend of mine just return back for 3 days fishing and he reports 11 catchs over 10# ea!!!

I have fished this lake several times since 1990 and is amazing!!! Some times you have quantity, other times you have quality, in Baccarac you can have both!!!

Send me a message if you need more info.

Sugar Lake is a nice option, it is located in Tamaulipas just crossing the border. you will get some 10+ during your trip.

I've lived in Bacubirito, Sinaloa, two miles from Lake Baccarac for five years, and I know the largest bass come from here. Baccarac holds the Latin America record at 19 lbs 1 oz and there many who believe that the next world record will come from Baccarac. I've been told, that I'll receive over a million bucks when I catch that bass....
