California Topwater

Featured Replies

Has anyone in california been catching any bass on topwater yet. I have been throwing it every now and then just hoping for a blowup but nothing yet. Just wondering if anyone was getting em on topwater and what your weather conditions have been and what topwater you are catching them on if you are catching em.

I just found a pond that is like 2 feet deep and full of bass and I hammered them on topwater over any weeds or structures. I love topwater

I have not had much luck yet throwing top water.  The majority of the fish I have caught this year have been on jigs.

I've found, at least for me,  that the top water bite is just starting to get good and it will only get better.
