Who let the Bait Monkey loose? I thought I read some of you guys had him under control. So why did I just get a thank you letter from Bass Pro saying I was in the top ten buyers this month? I don't even remember ordering anything. Do you think he store my identity or slipped me something in my milk to make me forget? I was wondering where all those new lures, reels, G. Loomis, etc. came from, I mean I can't remember a thing, honest. Would I make a politician or what? ;D

I've been fishing with you, remember?  You didn't NEED anything. Now you bought a bunch of new stuff.

Man, I would consider that a "problem."

The ability to spend a lot of cash, and then rationalize it away...you show definite political promise. The only problem is you have too much integrity, and you spent your own money.  ;D ;D

But RW, you see I went through my tackle boxes and I gave a large grocery bag of plastics and two large plano boxes of lures to my middle stepson plus four rods and reels to him for his birthday. His daughetrs (my granddaughters) didn't have any rods and reels to fish with and I even threw in one for the daughter-in-law. Well there was all this empty space and one thing let to another and that darn bait monkey got loose so before I knew it my birthday and Christmas wish list was done. Oh and there is that short term memory loss problem I have so I always can't remember I already bought that. Anyway, that's my story and I am sticking to it!

I call it CRS disease.. Can't Remember SH&&.......  I tell my wife all the time, she has it too,,,, I say, sweetheart, I have had that rod and reel for months now, you were with me when I bought it, dont you remember?????

I sometimes wish my wife had CRS disease. I can't even come CLOSE to anything like plausible deniability. She remembers EVERY bait, rod and reel, accessory, fishing tool, and fishing trip I go on and hold me to 'em... . Heck, she gets more frustrated when I lose lures than I do. Especially cranks...boy that really gets her goat. Fishing is just something she doesn't understand and probably never will.

I sometimes wish my wife had CRS disease. I can't even come CLOSE to anything like plausible deniability. She remembers EVERY bait, rod and reel, accessory, fishing tool, and fishing trip I go on and hold me to 'em... . Heck, she gets more frustrated when I lose lures than I do. Especially cranks...boy that really gets her goat. Fishing is just something she doesn't understand and probably never will.

Maybe what is needed here is a seminar for frustrated wives of fishermen during which through hypnotic suggestion the wives will be aided in begining to want fish with the men they Love. At the count of three ladies you will all awake and remember nothing of these suggestions but when next your husband talks of fishing you will have a strong craving, as if fishing were rewarding you with chocolate, to go with you husband and become a fisherwoman.

That 's what you read Papa, somebody said that he had the BM under control.......but you just can 't pay attention to what someone suffering from delusional episodes or feverish mind can say.

I am all for it...except in my wife's case replace chocolate with cheesecake and I have it MADE. ;D

I blame Raul for everything I buy and he says good purchase.  Then we laugh and go on to the next purchase.  Oh by the way I named my baitmonkey Raul.   ;D
