Yep,...the SALTWATER bay, Greenwich Bay, is frozen.

Just looked out the window while getting dressed and realized I may need a few more North Face layers today, lol

It must be really cold up your way.

It will be in the low 50s today so I guess we are fortunate.

Did anyone say ice fishing? :)

It's like 45 degrees here in CA on the central coast, and I'm freezing!

It's was 11 degrees here this morning.  Russ, I feel your pain.

I hate winter.

I already have seen snowmobile tracks on some of the lakes I fish on. I guess the predictions of a mild winter are not working out so far.

I guess this all comes back to "Yankee Ingenuity", but a few hundred years ago, like before there was NFL Football on tv, what did you guys do up there all winter?

Before I even got back into fishing  this past summer, my winters would be very depressing. Watch football on the weekends but that will be coming to an end soon as well. It's worse this year because I really got back into fishing this year for the first time since I was in high school (10 years ago). So now I'm not only missing the nice weather, landscaping, grilling, and summer sports. But missing fishing as well.

Really down in the dumps.

Why do you think there's such a large population up here. People had to keep warm some how.  ;D
