So I'm getting all my gear ready in anticipation of the boat coming in, and found a slew of old Senko's that are anyhwere between 3 - 4 years old, along with some other plastics.  Most of them have never been opened, as I lost interest in fishing for some time.  

Although the packaging looks a little dusty, they were stored in the garage in a cabinet, away from any light and moisture.  How long would these be good for?  

Moisture and heat are the enemy of plastics.

I'm sure you plastics are fine.  I have several bulk bags of baits that are several years old and still fine.

Ok, what's the half-life of salt?   ;D  They could probably sit in that cabinet for 20 years.  I can tell you from experience that the original powerworm formula will actually develop a worse smell when forgotten about for a couple years.  ...lol

Those things are bound to be rotten. I'll take them off your hands and make sure they get disposed of properly.

Just kidding, I've had some plastic worms around for over 20 years that are still just fine. Just don't make the mistake of mixing those 3X Strike King plastics with "normal" plastic worms.

I find myself buying clearance items and storing them for a while until I end up doling them out to the newbie fisherman or kid. Plus, my own kids like to play in the stock occasionally.

I agree with the previous posts, shelf life is indefinite if they have been kept in storage as you described.
