Just fry it in some Bacon Grease and put some Cheez Whiz on a hunk of bread and go to your local ER and eat it right there. it will save you money for the life-flight

No.  I worked in a grocery store in HS.  Part of it in the meat department and we sold whole pork brains.  Yes folks bought them and ate them.

The only safe time to eat that stuff is if you were on death-row and it was your last meal.

We kill our own pigs and make sausage, livermush, and country ham. A lot of people like to scramble pig brains with eggs. Most of the time they just go to the dogs.
